COVID-19 Precautions and Protocols

In light of continuing COVID-19 concerns, Bespoke Wellness Club continues to ensure that our clients and team members’ health and safety remains our top priority. We will collectively follow and update our safety guidelines as needed.

General Protocol:

In accordance with the advice of medical experts and industry best practices, all guests, with no exceptions, will be required to wear a mask when in public indoor spaces on property.

Upon arrival, there will be a screening procedure that will include a photo temperature check, as well as a series of questions regarding health and recent travel.

At Bespoke Wellness Club, we are cleaning our treatment room surfaces with Health Canada approved and DIN numbered products proving it is effective in killing COVID-19 viruses. As well we will use appropriate sanitizers and aerosol sprays.  Each treatment room is ‘rested’ in its clean state for 30 minutes between each use.

Your Appointment:

A few days prior, we will be sending to you, electronic forms which we ask you to complete. They include a COVID-19 screening questionnaire, consent for treatment and waivers. If you are unable to complete them in advance, our team will support you to complete these required documents prior to your treatment.

On the day of your appointment, we ask that you arrive at the hotel 15 minutes prior and be greeted at the Spa Reception located on the 9th floor of the hotel.

While receiving facial services we recognize the need to remove your mask inside our treatment rooms. Hence, we will ensure that our medical team member will be wearing all the required PPE (masks and shields) to ensure we create a safe experience for all.

We continue to closely monitor the evolving situation and to abide by all local health authorities. As a result, Bespoke Wellness Club services and hours of operation may be modified in order to comply with physical distancing regulations. The Bespoke Wellness Club is adhering to the more stringent requirement from local regulations. Our policy is effective as of September 17 2020.
